Federal Judge Acquits Yagman on Four Counts
LOS ANGELES - A federal judge tentatively acquitted civil-rights attorney Stephen G. Yagman on four counts of money laundering and could knock off another three, but this decision will have a minimal effect on sentencing, given the counts that remain, lawyers said.
