Samsung demands information from Apple about juror

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. continued to press its argument Tuesday that jury foreman Velvin Hogan tainted its patent trial loss to Apple Inc. by allegedly concealing a 1993 lawsuit against him by a company that counts Samsung as a major shareholder.

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. continued to press its argument Tuesday that jury foreman Velvin Hogan tainted its patent trial loss to Apple Inc. by allegedly concealing a 1993 lawsuit against him by a company that counts Samsung as a major shareholder. The motion rebuts Apple's argument that Samsung's demand for a new trial should be waived, because the defendant "could have" and "should have" discovered Hogan's legal action earlier....
