Absence of women in firm leadership roles

It comes as no surprise that after years in business and government, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney couldn't think of a single woman to put in his cabinet without the aid of "binders" provided to him by women's groups. In fact, he is no different from most men in powerful positions in our country. While there are plenty of women qualified to take on positions of leadership, the men just don't see us.
