Santa Clara prosecutor faces State Bar allegations of evidence suppression

A Santa Clara County prosecutor knew there was a videotape of the medical examination of a young sexual assault victim in a case he prosecuted, but did not turn it over and tried to cover it up, a State Bar lawyer claimed Wednesday.

It was a busy day in State Bar court in San Francisco Wednesday.
