Six weeks after the branch's top lobbyist took on an administrative role, the second-in-command at the Judicial Branch's lobbying arm is changing positions.

The state Administrative Office of the Courts is losing its second top lobbyist in the past six weeks, leaving the agency without experienced leadership as it prepares for further fights to save judicial branch funding.
