Judge allows federal government to intervene in LSAT disability access case
In a further blow to Law School Admissions Council Inc., a federal judge on Friday allowed the Department of Justice to intervene in a disability discrimination case and refused to limit the case to just California residents.

In a further blow to Law School Admissions Council Inc., a federal judge on Friday allowed the U.S. Department of Justice to intervene in a disability discrimination case and refused to limit the case to just California residents.
