Amazon.com asks judge to strike Apple false advertising claim
Striving to carve away part of Apple Inc.'s trademark lawsuit over use of the term "App Store," defendant Amazon.com Inc. on Wednesday asked an Oakland federal judge to strike Apple's false advertising claim from the case.
