Judicial Elections Rules Left Invalid

SAN FRANCISCO - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to get involved in a closely watched judicial elections case from Minnesota, where state officials were asking the justices to reinstate rules that barred judicial candidates from personally soliciting campaign contributions and from engaging in partisan political activities.
