Portion of Scripps Ranch Marketplace sold

The 28,700-square-foot shopping center was fully leased with tenants including Chase, Verizon, Which Wich and other local retail offices.

Villa Ruchello LLC of Santa Barbara has purchased a portion of the Scripps Ranch Marketplace in San Diego for $20.45 million through a like-kind exchange.

The Phase II component, a 28,700-square-foot shopping center, was fully leased with tenants including Chase, Verizon, Which Wich and other local retail offices, including a dentist office.

The shopping center, located off I-15 along Scripps Poway Parkway, is anchored by a 56,800-square-foot Vons and a 16,850-square-foot CVS...
