By Christa Beebout The following bills have been introduced this year to address changes in the laws regarding the clean up of hazardous or contaminated property. Assembly Bill 254 proposes changes the CLEAN loan program. Senate Bill 32 would enact the California Land Environmental Restoration and Reuse Act and require Cal EPA to publish advisory numbers that offer rough estimates of the clean up levels for specific contaminants.
