Court Requires Delivery of Signed Deposition Transcript for Perjury

LOS ANGELES - In a Clintonesque opinion that parses the meaning of "it," a state appellate court has ruled that a witness has not truly committed perjury in a deposition until he has reviewed, signed and delivered the document, with criminal intent, to someone else.
