After more than two years of study and debate, American Bar Association officials on Friday rejected a proposal to accredit law schools outside the United States.
The governing board of the ABA's accrediting arm, meeting during the association's annual convention in Chicago, decided its accreditation activities "should not be expanded at this time to law schools located outside the United States and its territories." ...
