Diversity begets diversity, study shows

Large law firms are more successful in recruiting diverse associates than smaller firms, and law firms with more minority partners tend to recruit more diverse associates than other firms do, a recent report shows.

Large law firms are more successful in recruiting diverse associates than smaller firms; Asian lawyers are better represented in California than in other parts of the country; and law firms with more minority partners tend to recruit more diverse associates than other firms do, according to a recent study published by the National Association for Law Placement.
