Federal securities class actions during the first half of 2012 fell slightly compared to last year, according to a new report.

Federal securities class actions during the first half of 2012 fell slightly compared to last year, according to a new report that links the decline to a drop in Chinese reverse mergers and some of the lightest merger and acquisition activity in recent years.
