SolAero acquires SD's Vanguard Space Technologies

Vanguard is known for delivering satellite structural components and assemblies for commercial, defense, and civil satellites to customers around the world.

San Diego-based Vanguard Space Technologies, a former Enlightenment Capital subsidiary, was sold to Albuquerque-based SolAero Technologies for an undisclosed sum.
