Revisit sub rosa recordings as attorney work product
No published case law less than 50 years old exists on whether sub rosa video footage may be protected as an attorney work product. Given the frequency with which sub rosa surveillance is utilized in personal injury litigation, this is a rather surprising gap in California law. By Steve Pyun
