You are in court. Your client is with you. The judge takes the bench. "The judge is wearing a pony tail," your client observes sotto voce. As the judge calls the calendar, you notice - how can you help it - that the judge is also sporting a brow ring and a tongue stud. "I can't believe it," your client whispers with obvious disgust.
