Insurer asks 9th Circuit to reconsider mental health ruling

Blue Shield of California is asking the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider a controversial ruling requiring that insurance companies cover certain mental disorders.

Blue Shield of California is asking the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider a controversial ruling requiring that insurance companies cover certain mental health disorders under a California state law.
