Insurance regulation bill stalled

A bill that would give the state the power to regulate health insurance premiums will carry over to the next legislative session.

Assembly member Mike Feuer, D-Los Angeles, decided Wednesday to hold Assembly Bill 52, the bill he sponsored to regulate health insurance premiums, until the next legislative session.
