The happy clock of mediation

You may not believe it, but this is a story a friend of mind told me about the legal system and mediation. It made me think real hard about the goal of mediation. My friend swore it was as true and real as the day he shook hands with Elvis Presley back in 1978 at 4:32 p.m. on a sunny Friday afternoon, when they were both arriving at the Las Vegas Airport. Everybody but Elvis' name is changed to protect the innocent.
