Sole practitioner fights fees in long-running fight with attorney

A long-running fee fight among San Francisco plaintiffs' lawyers appears to be ending on a sour note for a sole practitioner fighting an order that he pay $92,000 in attorney fees.

A long-running fee dispute among San Francisco plaintiffs' lawyers appears to be ending on a sour note for a sole practitioner fighting an order that he pay $92,000 in attorney fees.


A state appellate panel Tuesday seemed ready to order Waukeen Q. McCoy to pay the money for bringing an unsuccessful defamation suit against Kenneth Walczak of Rosen, Bien & Galvan LLP.
