Judge allows Zynga to sue rival in Brazil

A San Jose federal judge ruled Friday that San Francisco-based online game company Zynga Inc. can pursue copyright infringement litigation against rival Vostu Ltd. in Brazil as well as the United States.

SAN JOSE - Zynga Inc. will be able to pursue its copyright infringement complaint against Brazilian rival Vostu Ltd. in the defendant's home country as well as the United States, a federal judge ruled Friday.
