Monday's hearing on whether recordings from last year's Proposition 8 trial should be released to the public won't be videotaped after all.
Northern District Chief Judge James S. Ware had considered allowing cameras as part of a pilot project at the court, but abandoned the idea Thursday because of an objection from proponents of Prop. 8, the ballot measure banning same-sex marriage.
