Deutsche responds to city's 'slumlord' lawsuit

LOS ANGELES - Facing a novel lawsuit by the city related to the foreclosure crisis, Deutsche Bank claims it's not responsible for the upkeep of hundreds of dilapidated, foreclosed buildings and cannot be held liable for alleged slum conditions.
