Mattel ordered to post bond

Mattel Inc. must post a bond while it appeals the $310 million intellectual property judgment against it over the Bratz doll line, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.

SANTA ANA -- Mattel Inc. must post a bond while it appeals the $310 million intellectual property judgment against it over the Bratz doll line, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.
