Panel returns $2 million in taxes to tribe

The Blue Lake Rancheria tribe of Humboldt County will recoup $2 million in federal taxes plus interest, a 9th Circuit panel ruled Thursday.

The Blue Lake Rancheria tribe of Humboldt County will recoup $2 million in federal taxes plus interest, a 9th Circuit panel ruled Thursday.
