Big Brother Will Be Watching

Forum Column - By Jeffrey A. Lowe - Recently, in an attempt to gain support for anti-terrorism legislation, Attorney General John Ashcroft urged Congress to expand the new anti-terrorism law and permit the government to hold more suspects indefinitely. What Ashcroft did not mention to Congress is that the Bush administration is about to embark on a project that threatens every American's right to privacy in the name of fighting terrorism. This Orwellian project is called LifeLog.
