Before accusing me of "fabrication," "fiction," "fantasies," "nonsense," making "unsupportable claims" and "misrepresent[ation]" of the facts in a case in which he did not participate, it might have behooved Joel Benoliel to at least review the record of the trial proceedings in 99 Only Stores Inc. v.
