Judge approves rare noncompete requirements for San Francisco security company

A San Francisco security company won a rare injunction Friday to prohibit a rival firm from competing for contracts for one year. The suit also forced the company to withdraw a bid for a contract worth nearly $20 million.

A San Francisco security company won a rare injunction Friday to prohibit a rival firm from competing for contracts for one year. The lawsuit also forced the competitor to withdraw a bid for a contract worth nearly $20 million from the city of San Francisco.
