Justices of the 4th District tone down accusations in sex offender opinions

In an appellate dust-up over sex offender registration, a trio of judges have cut out biting language directed at each other.


Fourth District Court of Appeal Justice David A. Thompson's claim that his colleague's ruling "will allow thousands of serious sex offenders to escape their lifetime parole and sex offender registration obligations" has been deleted from the dissenting opinion...
