Panel attorney billing record dispute triggers lawyers' resignation in protest

In a letter to U.S. District Judge George H. King, the district's chief judge, David J.P. Kaloyanides, the liaison for the district's Criminal Justice Act panel attorneys, announced he would step down from the position effective May 1.
