Orange County School Has Produced 170 Active Judges

FULLERTON - The first Western State University College of Law graduate to go on the bench was a member of the school's very first class: the late Phillip A. Petty, a 1970 graduate who was became became an Orange County commissioner in 1976 and a judge in 1977.
