Christian High School Gets Tentative OK to Sue UC Regents

LOS ANGELES - A federal judge Tuesday tentatively cleared the way for a lawsuit to force the University of California system to accept Christian-based high-school courses for admission. The suit, the first to attempt to make the university system take religion-centered classes as prerequisites, "very much has the capacity to have a ripple effect across the country," said Steven Roy Goodman, a Washington-D.C. educational consultant.
