Appeals Court Allows Suit by Harvesters for Alleged Forced Grape Tasting

Several former harvesters at one of the Coachella Valley's largest table grape vineyards will get to pursue a lawsuit on claims that supervisors forced them and other workers to eat grapes to determine ripeness and sweetness, making them violently ill.
