Former Fallbrook golf course to be converted into a winery

Approximately 45 acres of the property would be used to grow grapes and feature a tasting room, a room for the barrels, a building for winemaking infrastructure, and perhaps a restaurant.

He has built more than 130 golf courses, including 18 for the legendary Jack Nicklaus.

But now Jade Work, a Fallbrook resident, will be converting the former Fallbrook Golf Club into a winery after acquiring the 118-acre property for $4 million.
