Virtua Partners buy land near Phoenix for $4.5 million

San Diego-based Virtua Partners acquired 58 acres of undeveloped land in Avondale, Ariz., for $4.5 million with plans for a mixed-use project.

San Diego-based Virtua Partners acquired 58 acres of undeveloped land in Avondale, Ariz., for $4.5 million with plans for a mixed-use project.

The property will be developed by Quyp Development Services, an affiliate of Virtua. Current plans call for multifamily housing, townhomes, retail, hospitality, office, and high-density, single-family residential uses.
