Death Penalty Study Is Full Of Unjustified Assumptions

However, the study, "A Broken System: Error Rates In Capital Cases" led by Columbia Prof. James Liebman, a longtime death-penalty opponent, is itself riddled with unjustified assumptions and misleading statements.
