Panel denies attorney fees in former clerk's suit against firm

A San Francisco lawyer who lost a wage-and-hour case against his former firm won't have to pay the firm's $120,000 legal bill.

A San Francisco lawyer who lost a wage-and-hour case against his former firm won't have to pay the firm's $120,000 legal bill, an appellate court ruled this week.

The 1st District Court of Appeal reversed an order that would have required Matthew Zelasko-Barrett to pay Brayton Purcell LLP's defense costs.
