CPUC narrowly approves power purchase agreement

The California Public Utilities Commission on Thursday narrowly approved a power purchase agreement for PG&E to buy electricity from a 60 megawatt photovoltaic plant being developed by North Star Solar LLC near Mendota.

Despite concerns over the cost to ratepayers, the California Public Utilities Commission on Thursday narrowly approved a power purchase agreement for PG&E to buy electricity from a 60 megawatt photovoltaic plant being developed by North Star Solar LLC near Mendota.
