High court set to hear redevelopment case arguments

The state Supreme Court announced Wednesday it will hear oral arguments Nov. 10 in a case that will determine the fate of redevelopment agencies in California.

The state Supreme Court announced Wednesday it will hear oral arguments Nov. 10 in a case that will determine the fate of redevelopment agencies in California. Arguments are scheduled to begin in San Francisco at 9 a.m. At issue is the constitutionality of two bills passed in June as part of the state budget.
