The 6th District Court of Appeal's decision in Fresh Express Inc. v. Beazley Syndicate 2623/623 at Lloyd's, 2011 DJDAR 14972 (Oct. 4, 2011) again reminds us how difficult it is to trace food contamination, as well as the underwriting challenges presented by such outbreaks.
