SAN FRANCISCO - Note to Silicon Valley lawyers: Avoid plotting to cover up a trade secret theft while on speaker phone. After allegedly doing just that, lawyers and officers for a publicly traded semiconductor business may have to answer to a judge for a conversation they didn't intend to leave on a rival company's voice mail system.
