Judge Tashima Plans Switch to Senior Status

SAN FRANCISCO - After eight years on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge A. Wallace Tashima has announced he will move to senior status June 30, opening a vacancy on the 28-judge court, but allowing him to continue to hear appeals.
