Lockyer Renews Attack on 17200 Firms

SACRAMENTO - Stepping up efforts to curb alleged abuses of California's unfair business practices law, state Attorney General Bill Lockyer sued a second law firm Tuesday for allegedly trying to bilk hundreds of small businesses out of cash through what his suit called a "settlement scam."
