Second Quarter Office Market Rates Stabilizing in So. Calif.

Southern California's commercial office vacancy rates appear to have stabilized as the region's real estate markets performed well for the second consecutive quarter. This bodes well for the area economy, according to Cushman & Wakefield 's midyear office report, released last week.
