Circuit Tells DEA It Can't Prohibit Food With Hemp

SAN FRANCISCO - The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is high on hemp. By a 2-1 vote Monday, a three-judge panel struck down a two-year-old Drug Enforcement Administration regulation that made it illegal to sell edible hemp products.
