Legislative session's close a mixed bag for attorneys

Groups representing plaintiffs and defendents won some, lost some in final legislative session that was focused on pension reform.

For attorneys, the recent state legislative session was a mixed bag, with few major victories for plaintiffs' attorneys or the business lobbies that defend against them.
