Apple does not infringe Samsung patents, ITC judge rules

In another blow to the power of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s smartphone and tablet patents, an International Trade Commission administrative law judge ruled Friday that Apple Inc.'s iPhone, iPad and iPod do not infringe four of Samsung's claimed patents.
