Green Chemistry regulations embrace politics, not science

The state's Green Chemistry regulations fail to replace politics with science in the management of chemicals. The Department of Toxic Substance Control, on July 27, gave notice that it proposes to adopt 78 pages of regulations to implement Assembly Bill 1879, the Green Chemistry law that passed in 2008.
