Marilyn Monroe's heirs cannot claim California residence to reap financial gains

Marilyn Monroe's estate cannot gain financially by suddenly claiming that California was her legal domicile after decades of insisting it was New York, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled Thursday.
